• Supply of equipment is provided under a separate Sales Contract/Tax Invoice.
• Installation, commissioning and maintenance (if requested) are delivered under a separate Service Agreement/SOW.
• Services may be delivered by certified third-party partners engaged for the project.
• Where applicable, delivery may be subject to site requirements and relevant authority approvals/regulatory compliance.
• Final scope, responsibilities, acceptance and warranties are defined in the signed contract documents.
